4th in Maine
We took a family trip to Maine this year - Saco & Kittery Point.
Happy 4th of July!

Annie Boo enjoying the ride up to Maine

On the way to a 4th parade in Old Orchard Beach

Cafe where we got some breakfast to fuel our parade watching

Enthusiastic parade participants!

Cute kids all around

Some of the best ice cream on the planet - Garsides!

We stayed with our wonderful friends who own Cristina's B&B - Thanks Cristina & Paul!!!

Camp Ellis Beach scenery

Great antique store - call ahead!

Adding to my collection of old gas pump photos!

You are here.

It got stormy for about 20 mins. - even hailed!

Just after the storm - the most beautiful light!

4th of July dinner - YUM!

Sunset on the 4th

We sat on the beach and watched fireworks in the surrounding towns along the shore - Camp Ellis Beach doesn't have their own firework show - but everyone pitches in and creates their own little celebration - BEAUTIFUL!

Night sky

Night photo looking out from the back porch

The morning of the 5th, we headed back south to Kittery Point, ME to my Aunt & Uncle's house on Gerrish Island - cousins Adam and Kathy and a couple other friends joined us for a delicious brunch - then "rock shopping"!

All the rocks anyone could wish for...brought a few home!

In Aunt Joyce's beautiful garden!
