Andrea & Shaun | Engagement

We love when couples personalize their photoshoots with us.  Andrea and Shaun brought the gorgeous and charming Abby to the shoot since she is such a big part of their lives.  We met the 3 of them in Dumbo, Brooklyn - one of our favorite places to shoot since there are limitless possibilities for photos there.  Getting to know Abby taught us more about Andrea and Shaun as a couple - we saw more of their love for one another as well as their silliness and excitement about getting hitched next year!

The Nemeths | Family

It's getting close to the holidays, so we are getting a few family photo sessions coming out way.  This gorgeous family happens to be our neighbor's son's family, so the kids were total hams in front of the camera.  We met them on a crisp early morning at one of our favorite parks.  Looking forward to photographing more wonderful families like the Nemeths!

Jennifer & Michael | Engagement

We are savoring the last bits of good weather left this season and spending some quality time with some of our couples getting married next year.  When asked what was one of their favorite activities, Jennifer and Michael said "the beach!!"  Michael even proposed at the beach, and we gladly re-created this scene with the two of them relaxing in their natural environment.  Can't wait to shoot their big day next year! ...and Stay tuned for several more engagement shoots before the end of the month.

Matt & Frank | Wedding

Matt & Frank had a very unique situation for their wedding.  They planned it months ago to be in CT, where gay marriage is legalized...but in the meantime NY (where they reside) legalized gay marriage as well - they decided to keep the plans as is.  They also made the unusual decision of having their wedding on a Wednesday, which worked out perfectly for us since we made a stop in CT on the way up to Maine for OUR wedding.  Everything fell into place perfectly with these wonderful guys.  We had an awesome time celebrating with them and meeting many of their thoughtful friends, many of whom put very personal touches on helping out with their day.  They topped it off with a honeymoon to Italy...Congrats to Matt & Frank, viva amore!
